Ladies let's be real. All year round
water is the key. For every pound you weigh you should consume an ounce of water throughout the day. Want youthful skin, shiny hair, to feel and look radiant? Then drink up! Soda, alcohol, energy drinks, and sports drinks not only play hell on the liver and kidneys, but are terrible for your skin. Now I'm not saying give up your favorite beverages (cause I'm a serious lover of coffee and tea) but consider how much better you will feel and look if you just make an effort to drink your daily amount of water every day. Are you going to the gym? Do you take your suppliments and eat right? Then you should be remembering the most important part of your daily beauty ritual of drinking water. Clear unflavored Water. I know some of you need flavor... me too! My favorite add ins are lemon, lime, mint, and cucumber. I mean the fresh guys not the cute little fruit shaped juice containers that sit in your fridge for a year for the moments when you need lemon juice, I mean actual fruit. Adding sliced lemons, limes, cucumbers, and mint is very refreshing and naturally detoxing. Just add more or less to please those taste buds! So that's just one step towards a more beautiful and radiant you. Stay glamorous ladies!
